This was originally a memo to myself – to live more in the moment. There are two expressions in German. One goes: »spilt milk« and stands for what has happened. Nothing can be done about it anymore. The other one goes: »unlaid eggs« and stands for what will happen in the future. It is too early to worry about.

I have hung the two sheets in my studio. When my gaze glides over the top of the screen, I happily remember not to worry about what has been or what is to come, but to think about, and to do what is immediately before me.
