  This you can ask yourself repeatedly – today, tomorrow, for ever and ever. It might well be that you find very different answers: small, large, short- or long-term ones.

Do you currently feel a physical need? To drink a coffee maybe, or to take a nap? Do you long for the expanse of the ocean, or for affection in a relationship? Do you desire professional challenges, or changes to your general way of life? Your answers will turn out to be just as different as your moods, days, and encounters. The more often you ask yourself this question, the clearer you become – also on possible or alleged contradictions. And that can be a good thing.
